Description
These responsibilities shall be the same for all positions with the same title. The responsibilities shall be short and essential. Details will be in the Work and Development plan. 1. Manage and implement delegated portfolio of CC (Education) projects (activities, budget and project documentation) as delegated from the line manager in line with proposals, strategies and donor requirements, and ensure high technical quality 2. Provide regular progress reports to line manager/PM and the Education Specialist                 3. Ensure adherence with NRC policies, tools, handbooks and guidelines 4. Prepare and develop status reports as required by management 5. Ensure proper filing of documents  6. Ensure that projects target beneficiaries most in need, and explore and asses new and better ways to assist 7. Promote and share ideas for technical improvement 8. Provide regular progress reports to line manager/PM and the Education Specialist
