About the Team The Global Business Marketing - Marketing Partnerships and Industry Education (MPIE) team manages the global industry education and professional certification initiatives. Its responsibilities include managing core advertiser learning content, a learning management system, localizing content, and running a professional certification program. As the Education Operations Coordinator on the Global Business Marketing - Marketing Partnerships and Industry Education team, you will be responsible for TikTok Academy’s content operations, ensuring the learning platform runs smoothly and content is effectively globalized. This includes managing the global content directory, uploading and updating learning materials across locales, and building new content pages and learning paths on the learning management system. You’ll coordinate with cross-functional teams to source learning assets and develop SOPs to streamline content management and upkeep. We are looking for a self-starter who is a forward-thinker and has excellent attention-to-detail to take on new challenges as we continue to educate the industry on TikTok ad products. Responsibilities - Manage TikTok Academy content operations to maintain platform and globalize content - Upload, update, and manage learning content files on learning management system (LMS) across different locales - Build learning paths, create content pages for courses, webinars, videos, playbooks, and events on LMS - Coordinate with cross functional and global teams to acquire learning content assets including course assets, cover art, source files, content descriptions, and translated content - Build, optimize, and document SOPs for management and maintenance of LMS and localization process - Provide global technical support and troubleshoot issues across the LMS, content management system, and webinar platforms for internal and external audiences.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications - 2+ years relevant experience in operations, advertising, marketing, or scaled education - Technical experience in managing learning management systems and content authoring tools - Ability to accommodate international work hours Preferred Qualifications - Organized, detail-oriented and skilled in building scalable operational processes - Ability to thrive in ambiguity and adjust quickly to change - Ability to identify and solve complex problems - Fast learner, highly entrepreneurial with a good sense of judgment and original thinking - Personable, collaborative and capable of building relationships cross-functionally - Bonus: You’re passionate about TikTok. You love sharing inspirational ideas with others and are well-versed in TikTok trends. You live in the comments section and bring a fun collaborative energy to the room.

【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (Annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $76000 - $85000 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
