REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2–5 years of experience, preferably in B2B K-12 education, inside sales, or client success roles.
  • Strong English communication, organizational, and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in Google Workspace; quick to learn new AI tools.
  • Comfort in dealing with both institutional clients and parents.
  • High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: Up to £60,000.00 per month

Responsibilities

YOUR ROLE

As an Education Partnerships & Success Manager, you will be a key driver of our growth—managing relationships with schools, educators, and parents, supporting the sales and operations teams, and ensuring a smooth and positive client journey from first contact to program completion.
Location: Remote (Work from Home) Preferred Cities: Delhi, Bengaluru, Hyderabad Compensation: Best in the Industry

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES1. ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT & RELATIONSHIP BUILDING

  • Develop proposals, quotations, contracts, and reports for institutional clients.
  • Liaise with school coordinators and decision-makers to maintain long-term relationships.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for both B2B (schools) and B2C (parents) stakeholders.
  • Lead client onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition from sales to operations.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records of leads, prospects, and interactions.
