📢 WE’RE HIRING – EDUCATION MENTOR (MATHS) 📢

The Positive Impact Academy is looking for a passionate and committed Education Mentor (Maths) to join our team.

We’re looking for someone who can make Maths engaging, accessible and relevant for young people who may not have always had a positive experience of education.

This is more than just delivering Maths. You’ll be building positive relationships, supporting behaviour and engagement, helping young people overcome barriers to learning, and giving students the confidence to achieve.

🔹 Deliver engaging and differentiated Maths sessions

🔹 Support students working towards Functional Skills Maths

🔹 Build strong, positive relationships with young people

🔹 Support behaviour, engagement and emotional regulation

🔹 Monitor and celebrate student progress

🔹 Work as part of a supportive team committed to making a genuine difference

Experienc

e working within alternative provision, SEND, SEMH or with young people who have experienced barriers to education would be beneficial.
