Position Overview:
The Education Program Associate plays a central role in coordinating the delivery and quality assurance of ISCT’s global education and training programs. Reporting to the Business Unit Leader, Workforce Development, this role oversees the execution of course rollouts, manages the learning management system (LMS), supports compliance with accreditation standards, and manages faculty and learners through every stage of the program lifecycle. The ideal candidate is a highly organized, exceptional communicator with project coordination skills, and a focus on quality, accreditation, and learner support.

Qualifications:

  • Post-secondary degree in Education, Life Sciences, Training and Development or a related field
  • Highly organized, independent and strong attention to detail and quality
  • Exceptional administrative skills
  • Effective interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Strong business acumen and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to manage several competing priorities successfully meeting deadlines
  • Experience in education, or course development within the life sciences or healthcare sector using a variety of multimedia educational tools will be considered an asset
  • Experience with education systems/services; experience with LMS considered an asset
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office suite
  • Global cultural awareness/sensitivity and flexibility to adapt to working across global time zone
Responsibilities

Program Delivery & Project Management:

  • Manages the rollout of core education & training programs, including timelines, deliverables, faculty coordination, and launch execution
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure programs are launched on time and meet quality standards
  • Manage and support the planning and delivery of ISCT-hosted webinars as assigned

Learner Support:

  • Act as the primary administrator of ISCT’s Learning Management System (LMS), including course setup, user management, and troubleshooting
  • Provide learner support for platform access, navigation, and course progression
  • Maintain accurate LMS records, including registration, completion status, and feedback tracking

Accreditation Program Management:

  • Manage the documentation, submission, and renewal of course accreditation applications
  • Prepare for and support internal or external audits and implement actions as needed

Quality Assurance & Evaluation:

  • Collect and analyze learner feedback and engagement data to identify areas for course improvement
  • Support the SMEs input to align content with learning outcomes and audience needs
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of educational programs by integrating best practices in instructional design and adult learning

Cross-Team Support:

  • Collaborate with the Marketing and Sales teams to ensure accurate representation of courses on the website and in promotional materials·
  • Provide administrative support to the team as required (e.g., scheduling, materials coordination, stakeholder communication)
