We are seeking an Education Recruitment Consultant to join our sales teams in the Newcastle and Sunderland Areas. providing expertise and guidance in the field of education recruitment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, great interpersonal skills, a passion for learning and development, coupled with strong knowledge of the education setting to engage with client schools and candidates effectively.
Duties
- Utilise CRM’s to manage client data efficiently
- Engage in lead generation activities to attract potential clients
- Provide advice on human resources practices within educational settings
- Manage social media platforms to promote educational services
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates to ensure satisfaction
Required:
- Strong communication skills to effectively engage with clients
- Experience in lead generation
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £25,087.00-£26,797.00 per year
