JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Trainee/Experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our lovely team based in Wrexham.
The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in sourcing, attracting, and engaging top talent for school roles within your designated area
This role requires a strong ability to work in a fast paced environment , excellent communication skills, lots of calls, visits and social media use and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients and candidates alike.
You will be the face of Educate group and be responsible for gaining new business to enable the company to grow
Working hours are 7:30-16:30 during term times with reduced hours in school holidays however you may need to work additional hours to ensure high levels of customer service.

EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience in Sales, Education and Customer service is essential.
  • Experience in lead generation and social media management will be advantageous.
  • Strong relationship management skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively at all levels.
  • Proficiency in using Salesforce or similar CRM systems is a plus.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct lead generation activities to identify potential candidates through various channels, including social media management.
  • Using a range of methods to attract new business- phones, emails, visits on a consistent basis.
  • Work to targets and meet KPIs
  • Collaborate with schools to understand their recruitment needs and develop tailored strategies for attracting suitable candidates.
  • Engage in relationship management with both clients and candidates to ensure a positive recruitment experience.
  • Screen CVs and conduct interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications and fit for the roles.
  • Maintain accurate records in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and provide regular updates on recruitment progress.
  • Communicate effectively with all stakeholders throughout the recruitment process, providing timely feedback and updates.
