Responsibilities

THE ROLE:

As an Education Recruitment Consultant, you’ll be the superhero connecting schools with amazing teachers and support staff. You’ll be recruiting for both short-term and long-term placements, helping match the best candidates to roles that are just the right fit. Plus, you’ll build fantastic relationships with schools, teachers, and candidates along the way!

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Build strong, ongoing relationships with schools across Devon & Cornwall.
  • Use your creativity and sales skills to attract new clients and business opportunities.
  • Network, network, network – we want you out there making connections (in person, over the phone, and on social media).
  • Find the best candidates by headhunting, reviewing applications, and organizing interviews.
  • Offer top-notch service to schools and candidates (because, of course, you’re awesome!).
  • Use Salesforce to stay on top of bookings and client needs.
  • Get involved in all sorts of fun stuff, like sponsorship activities for client schools.
