JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Education Recruitment Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for attracting and enrolling qualified students by establishing and maintaining strong relationships with a wide network of partner schools. This role requires exceptional communication skills and a deep understanding of student application platforms to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND ATTRIBUTES

  • Proven experience in an education recruitment or admissions role.
  • Demonstrated experience with various student application platforms.
  • Excellent English communication and writing skills, with the ability to present information clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.
  • A vast network of partner schools and strong relationship-building abilities.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage a large pipeline of prospective students and recruitment activities.
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a track record of meeting recruitment targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract prospective students.
  • Establish and maintain a vast network of relationships with local and international partner schools, counselors, and educational agents.
  • Conduct presentations, workshops, and informational sessions at partner schools and recruitment fairs.
  • Serve as a primary contact for prospective students, providing guidance and support throughout the application process.
  • Manage and process student applications using various student application platforms.
  • Ensure all recruitment activities and communications adhere to institutional standards and ethical guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop recruitment materials and campaigns.
  • Provide regular reports on recruitment activities, student enrollment numbers, and market trends.
