SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven track record in sales leadership and coaching, with the ability to mentor and develop high-performing teams.
  • Strong background in business development and account management, ideally within the education sector.
  • In-depth knowledge of education industry trends, procurement frameworks, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent strategic sales skills, including consultative selling, deal structuring, and closing complex opportunities.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills, with experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) to manage pipeline and performance.
  • Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior decision-makers and drive customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Education Account Managers, driving sales performance, consultative selling skills, and achievement of KPIs.
  • Own and grow a portfolio of education accounts, while guiding the team to identify, qualify, and close new business across public and private education institutions.
  • Develop deep knowledge of the education sector, staying across market trends, procurement frameworks, and policy changes to uncover new opportunities and ensure compliance.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, providing feedback, coaching, and strategic insights to ensure pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and team alignment with business goals.
  • Help the marketing, solutions, and delivery teams to design campaigns, craft value propositions, and contribute to go-to-market strategies tailored for the education sector.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, retention, and account growth through exceptional service and strategic engagement.
