Description

We are Looking for an Education Service Consultant and Tutor for a Study Abroad Education Group located in Shanghai. This position is available with an immediate start. About the program With a presence across China and internationally, this organization places students into elite schools abroad, offers British IGCSE and A-Level curriculums in China, organizes summer courses at prestigious institutions, and provides tailored tutoring, exam guidance, and resources to support students aiming for top schools worldwide. About the role This role involves guiding primary and middle school students in applying to top UK independent schools by planning application journeys, advising on school selection, and providing assessment training. It also includes initial tutoring and mentoring, while building relationships with clients and schools. As well as: Develop tailored study and application plans for students aiming to enter top UK independent schools Assess students’ academic and personal suitability for UK education, guiding them through personal statements and portfolios Provide tutoring in English, mathematics, and other subjects during the initial phase Motivate students to stay on track with their goals and maintain regular communication with parents on progress Build strong relationships with UK school admissions teams to facilitate applications and track student progress Represent the organization at key events and contribute to marketing activities, including creating content and sharing success stories Strong knowledge of the UK education system Tutoring experience and effective communication skills with children Strong interpersonal abilities and a proactive approach to problem-solving Willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed Fluency in Chinese preferred but not mandatory Salary and benefits Annual salary is up to 400,000 RMB commensurate with experience and qualifications Up to RMB 10,000 air ticket reimbursement after the first service year 10 days of annual leave plus 11 public holidays Foreign expert certificate and working visa support Comprehensive worldwide private health insurance, including dental coverage Provide arrival support, including a 7-day hotel stay and assistance with accommodation and banking setup
