We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Educational Services Administrator to join our Student Record Operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of tasks related to the setup and management of student records. Additionally, the role involves assisting with updates to central and external systems related to course information and carrying out daily audit checks.

Responsibilities
  • Provide first-level guidance to internal and external academic and professional services staff.
  • Assist with the operation of systems and procedures used to support all relevant academic and educational activity.
  • Frequently plan and manage small projects, ensuring the effective use of resources.
  • Gather and analyse data and provide thorough and accurate updates to the wider team.
  • Provide administrative support to staff across the service in accordance with University processes and procedures.
  • Update and maintain relevant accurate records via a range of University systems.
