As the primary point of contact for the association’s Learning Management System (LMS), the Education Specialist will manage day-to-day operations, including internal and external customer support, content placement within the authoring system, and the development and execution of policies and procedures. About the Education Specialist Role: This role serves as the primary point of contact for the association’s learning management system (LMS), overseeing vendor relationships, product design and development, and day-to-day customer support. The position plays a key role in shaping the future of the LMS by coordinating enhancements, driving strategic planning, and ensuring a high-quality user experience. In addition, this person designs and develops engaging educational content to be delivered through the platform, supporting the organization’s learning objectives and member needs. What You Will Need to Succeed: Associate’s degree required; 3 years of experience in continuing adult education, online learning, training and development or other related experience; Above average technology and communication skills; Customer/member service oriented; Association experience, preferred.
