About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Curriculum & Instruction: Review, refine, and implement engaging, standards-based curricula across grade levels.
• Teacher Support: Provide ongoing coaching, mentorship, and professional development workshops for instructional staff.
• Assessment & Evaluation: Analyze student learning data to identify achievement gaps and implement targeted academic interventions.
• Classroom Quality: Conduct regular classroom observations and offer actionable feedback to improve teaching strategies.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with school administration and parents to support holistic student development.
