Seeking an Education Specialist for our practice who provides clerical expertise to ensure all patients receive high quality, efficient care. Develops and maintains a timely, comprehensive training and assessment curriculum.
Leads the implementation of all training initiatives. Monitors participant’s progress during training and identifies and elevates as necessary issues to management.
Conducts training for employees and occasionally for other business partners.
Performs other projects and assignments as directed
Other duties as assigned
What Qualifications you will need:
Bachelor’s degree in business, Education or equivalent experience required
2 years’ work experience in healthcare environment preferred
5 years’ work experience in training preferred
