Join us today.Responsibilities: Provide specialized academic instruction and support for students with IEPsDevelop, implement, and monitor IEPs in collaboration with families and multidisciplinary teamsDifferentiate instruction to meet a range of learning needsCollect data and monitor progress toward IEP goalsFoster a supportive, inclusive classroom cultureCollaborate with general education teachers, related service providers, and site administratorsCommunicate regularly with families and ensure compliance with special education timelinesSupport behavioral interventions and social-emotional learning as neededUse appropriate technology and assistive tools to enhance student access to curriculumQualifications: Valid California Education Specialist Instruction Credential Mild/Moderate Support Needs or Moderate/Severe Support Needs (Clear or Preliminary)English Learner Authorization (CLAD or equivalent)Experience working with students with disabilities preferredStrong collaboration, communication, and organizational skill
