Overview The Education Supervisor Supervises Aid/Behavioral Counselor I (ABC I), Aide/Behavioral Counselor II (ABC II), Education Campus Support, and Aide/Behavioral Counselor III (ABC III), and under the director of the Assistant Education Director oversees the operation of the campus during the education hours. Vacation Cash-Out Option 3 Paid Personal Days 11 Paid Holidays Accrued Paid Sick Time Responsibilities Documents direct care staff attendance and use of overtime Oversees documentation and circulation of progressive discipline, performance evaluations and other staff concerns for assigned staff Ensures required daily paperwork and documentation is completed by appropriate staff. Calculates data as required for various studies, surveys, and/or research as part of team or campus needs. Completes required supervisory paperwork in an accurate and timely manner. Ensures all documentation relevant to CPI is completed accurately and thoroughly by the close of each shift. Qualifications Bachelors Degree and One year’s experience in human services; or Associate’s Degree with 2 years of experience in human services; or four years of experience in human services with a minimum of High School Diploma or GED. Special training or specific skills; student intern experience or volunteer work may be credited toward experience. Requires a current valid driver’s license from state of residence.
