Core4ce is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Education, Training, and Policy Development Specialist to support the customer in meeting its strategic education and training objectives. This role involves curriculum development, policy support, and direct coordination with key stakeholders.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Active TS-SCI clearance
  • Proven experience in education and training development within a government environment.
  • Strong understanding of Department of Defense education and training policies and procedures.
  • Experience developing and delivering course materials, including in-person and mobile learning environments.
  • Ability to engage and coordinate with high-level stakeholders across multiple defense and federal organizations.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Subject matter expertise in force management and strategic planning is a plus.

Responsibilities
  • Support client in directed education and training initiatives, including policy development and oversight. Develop processes, materials, and contributing to strategic initiatives, courses and policy development.
  • Serve as instructor for training sessions and develop individualized training activities and Continuing Education Units.
  • Plan and coordinate with external instructors and subject matter experts (SMEs) to enhance course delivery.
  • Assess curriculum relevance and recommend updates to ensure alignment with current policies and regulations.
  • Provide subject matter expertise on policy and career development programs.
  • Assist in the creation and execution of a strategic engagement plan for training and education stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain a best practice repository to support training and education programs. Extract lessons learned from diverse personnel communities to inform future training and education efforts.
  • Support analytically driven decision-making through recommendations based on empirical data and quantitative analysis.
