JOB SUMMARY AND QUALIFICATIONS

The Education and Training Specialist will support the work of the Training Manager. This includes assisting with the development, design and tracking of education and training resources; onboarding of new Ethics and Compliance Officers (ECOs); and assisting with the planning and execution of on-site meetings for ECOs. In addition, the Education and Training Specialist will assist with special projects as assigned.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office/Office 365 products. Strong writing skills.
  • Strong organizational and technology skills, including project management and training/website design. Experience in Articulate Storyline or another authoring tool, Vyond, Murph AI, Adobe Creative Suite

Responsibilities
  • Development and Design of Education and Training Resources.
  • Meet with department members or stakeholders on potential ethics and compliance education and training resources.
  • Update SharePoint training sites.
  • Draft initial content, scripts and communication plans.
  • Be the liaison between Learning Solutions and HealthStream on projects and assignments.
  • Support monthly trainings for ECOs
  • Support Development and Tracking of Code of Conduct (COC) Orientation and Annual COC Refresher Trainings
  • Ensure new hires and interns are completing COC Orientation within 30 days of hire.
  • Support Education and Training Manager with the development and rollout of the annual COC training course.
  • Track completion rates and send reports to Corporate Leaders and DECOs about COC Refresher completion status.
  • Support collection of analytical data on effectiveness of education and training resources
  • Collaborate with E&C teams, Divisions and facilities following release of education or trainings to determine if issues/concerns have been reported to them related to the subjects presented in trainings.
  • Prepare postings to Atlas Connect (Intranet), E&C External Websites and HealthStream
  • Post education and training resources to Atlas Connect.
  • Work with Compliance Standards team when policies are released and post to HealthStream.
  • Monitor sites to ensure information is timely and up-to-date.
  • Design site pages.
  • Assist with organization of Special Meetings
