JOB SUMMARY AND QUALIFICATIONS
The Education and Training Specialist will support the work of the Training Manager. This includes assisting with the development, design and tracking of education and training resources; onboarding of new Ethics and Compliance Officers (ECOs); and assisting with the planning and execution of on-site meetings for ECOs. In addition, the Education and Training Specialist will assist with special projects as assigned.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office/Office 365 products. Strong writing skills.
- Strong organizational and technology skills, including project management and training/website design. Experience in Articulate Storyline or another authoring tool, Vyond, Murph AI, Adobe Creative Suite
