As an Educational Aide, you’ll be an essential part of our team. Your responsibilities would include supervising and coordinating daily classroom activities and providing a safe and nurturing environment for young children to learn and grow. In short, our Early Childhood Teacher will foster healthy child development through interactive education, structured schedules, and positive parent-teacher communication. Here’s who we are looking for… Someone who: Has a positive and reliable work ethic. Holds at least six months of experience working with children. Can create a nurturing and structured environment for learning and growth. Communicates effectively with children, parents, and team members. Ideally, you are: Experienced in child development, classroom management, or early childhood education. Skilled in fostering independence and self-help behaviors in children. Knowledgeable (or willing to learn) about developmental stages and quality childcare standards. Bonus Points CPR and First Aid certifications. Experience working in childcare environments. Familiarity with universal precautions and safety protocols.
