Description

U.S. Healthcare Services provides in-home services to students throughout Pennsylvania who attend Charter School. We are seeking an Educational Aide to provide in-person, one-on-one support to a 10th-grade student near Allentown, PA. This role involves working 15 hours per week during school hours. The position is offered on a per-diem independent contractor basis, providing flexibility and convenience. Pay: $20-22/hr. Primary Responsibilities: As a 1:1 aide, your responsibilities include: Individualized Support: Provide personalized assistance to encourage student participation in live online sessions. Behavioral Implementation: Implement Positive Behavior Support Plans under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Behavior Specialist Academic Guidance: Guide students through independent study and enrichment activities Assignment Oversight: Review classwork and supervise completion of make-up assignments Qualifications: Educational Requirement: An Associate's degree or higher is mandatory. Experience: Prior work with children is essential. Clearances: Ability to obtain necessary background checks Schedule: Choose your own hours during the school day Monday to Friday Work setting: Charter school Job Type: 1099 Contractor

Responsibilities

The aide will provide personalized assistance to encourage student participation in live online sessions and guide the student through independent study and enrichment activities. Responsibilities also include implementing Positive Behavior Support Plans and reviewing/supervising make-up assignments.
