U.S. Healthcare Services provides in-home services to students throughout Pennsylvania who attend Charter School. We are seeking an Educational Aide to provide in-person, one-on-one support to a 10th-grade student near Allentown, PA. This role involves working 15 hours per week during school hours. The position is offered on a per-diem independent contractor basis, providing flexibility and convenience. Pay: $20-22/hr. Primary Responsibilities: As a 1:1 aide, your responsibilities include: Individualized Support: Provide personalized assistance to encourage student participation in live online sessions. Behavioral Implementation: Implement Positive Behavior Support Plans under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Behavior Specialist Academic Guidance: Guide students through independent study and enrichment activities Assignment Oversight: Review classwork and supervise completion of make-up assignments Qualifications: Educational Requirement: An Associate's degree or higher is mandatory. Experience: Prior work with children is essential. Responsibilities
