Bradbury School is looking for a full-time Educational Assistant to work in the Learning Diversity (LD) Department. Support the LD Team across the school by working with children with learning difficulties or those who require additional support. Responsibilities Support the LD Team across the school by working with children with learning difficulties or those who require additional support Assist in the implementation and planning of Individual Education Programmes for students and the monitoring of student's academic progress Monitor students’ responses to learning tasks through a range of assessment activities, providing feedback to teachers Assist in the maintaining of student records Requirements A good command of written and spoken English Sound behaviour management skills Experience of working with students with Special Educational Needs will be an advantage Some experience or understanding of how to support students in developing literacy & numeracy skills We only accept online applications.
