Richmond Christian School is seeking a dynamic and collaborative Educational Assistant to join us in a full-time position supporting students primarily in grade 3 for the 2025-26 school year.
The ideal candidate demonstrates a strong commitment towards Christian Education and an ability to anticipate the needs of a diverse group of learners. The ideal candidate also demonstrates a foundational knowledge in working within the Positive Behaviour Support framework and the ability to support students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) .   

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• Current certification from an accredited Educational Assistant Program or related certification such as Behaviour Interventionist.
• Evidence of course work or experience with exceptional and unique learners
