ROLE
The Client Services Coordinator will be responsible for developing strong relationships with our school clients, partners, students, and parents. The role is to focus on being a steward for the children of high net worth individuals. We are looking for highly motivated candidates who are willing to work all hours to get the job done! This is a hardcore work environment which requires resourcefulness and the ability to learn quickly.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Conduct the application and enrollment process of prospective students with the school admissions team
· Conduct and schedule student interviews to determine fit with their prospective schools
· Work closely with schools’ admissions departments to maintain the ongoing relationship between Three W and students
· Maintain professional communication with international directors, principals, and admissions counselors
· Provide general support and resolution for any student behavioral and academic issues
· Assist with collecting documentation on final report cards for enrolled students, progress reports, flight arrivals, re-enrollment letters, tuition payments and letters of acceptance
· Collaborate with the President and other account managers on projects and other duties as assigned
· Prepare and maintain accurate documentation of student accounts in QuickBase, Box, GoogleDocs, and other databases
-Visit clients on a regular basis (across Canada and the US)
