We are currently seeking an Education Coordinator to manage a project and provide on-site support.

The following tasks await you:

- Building and maintaining a business network with a focus on securing skilled workers and developing competencies

- Advising and supporting companies on further training opportunities and personnel development

- Organizing and conducting workshops, events, and networking meetings

- Developing and implementing innovative qualification programs in close cooperation with regional partners

- Close collaboration with chambers of commerce, educational institutions, and other relevant organizations

- Documentation, reporting, and quality assurance throughout the project

- Establishing and managing the site

Our expectations of you:

- A completed degree in educational science, social sciences, economics, or a comparable qualification

- Experience in project work, ideally in vocational training

- Strong communication and networking skills

- Organizational skills, a sense of responsibility, and a structured work style

- Enthusiasm for educational topics and the development of practical solutions for the region

- Willingness to use and very good knowledge of Office 365

- Existing trainer certification
