THE ROLE We are on the search for a high-performing, intelligent, ambitious, results‑driven Education Consultant to join our high‑performing team in Canada and help schools and districts strengthen their mathematics outcomes. In this consultative, relationship‑focused role, you will engage with educators and district leaders, deliver impactful demonstrations, and have the ability to close deals whilst building a strong professional network. This position is ideal for someone with an educational background and credible sales expertise. Candidates ideally applying based in Eastern Canada or Saskatchewan. The role reports to the Head of Sales, Canada. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement a strategic plan to generate leads, build a robust sales pipeline, and consistently exceed new business quotas. Sales Cycle Management: Own the end-to-end sales process to successfully close new business deals. Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with educators, including teachers, principals, and district leaders. Confidently engage with senior-level decision-makers. Platform Expertise: Deliver engaging demonstrations and utilise solution value selling techniques to showcase Matific's platform. Collaboration: Work effectively with sales teams in other regions to share knowledge and develop best practices. Requirements Strong communication and presentation abilities. Fluency in English is mandatory; French language is a significant asset. A positive, resilient attitude, strong sense of ownership, and highly organised, self-motivated approach. Comfortable and confident working with senior education stakeholders. Ability to travel as required. Must be legally authorised to work and reside in Canada. Responsibilities
