You'll keep students engaged, organized, and accountable as they balance elite sport with online learning — working closely with students, families, CGA staff, and coaches. What You'll Do Supervise daily study halls and online learning; ensure students attend classes and submit work on time Monitor attendance and performance; flag academic or engagement risks early Build structured routines that promote independence and time management Act as primary liaison between students, parents, and CGA staff (translation support as needed) Handle onboarding, student records, enrolment letters, certificates, withdrawals, and exam comms Maintain a focused study environment and troubleshoot basic tech issues What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree preferred (Education, Psychology, or related field) Experience with middle/high school students Strong organisational, administrative, and communication skills Comfortable with online learning platforms; able to juggle multiple priorities Student-focused, proactive, and able to balance empathy with accountability Why Join Us?
