JOB SUMMARY:
The Educational/Clinical Coordinator (EC/CC) is responsible for all aspects of the clinical education portion of the program and will often assist with various instructional aspects of classroom learning. The EC/CC oversees clinical experiences for students and supports the program director with curricular implementation, competency evaluations, and ensuring high-quality learning experiences for students.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s Degree
3 Years of relevant experience
ASCP MLS Certification Preferred
Strong Computer Skills, particularly Microsoft Outlook
This will be a hybrid remote position, meaning some work can be completed remotely and some work will be on site. The hours will be predominantly Monday-Friday, standard daytime business hours. Some occasional weekend work may be required but considerable notice will be provided in these instances.

DEPARTMENT SUMMARY:
Clinical laboratory assistants (CLAs), also known as medical laboratory assistants, provide essential services for diagnostic laboratories. CLAs perform a wide range of tasks, including accessioning samples as they are delivered to the laboratory, operating instruments, and centrifuging, pipetting, and packaging samples.
