POSITION OVERVIEW

Globe Cambridge School is seeking a passionate and responsible Admissions Consultant to join our team. This role focuses on student recruitment through both on-site events and online campaigns, with the goal of expanding enrollment channels, strengthening the school’s brand, and achieving enrollment targets. This position is ideal for candidates who are enthusiastic about the education industry and looking to grow their career in student recruitment and marketing. (Applicants with OSSD background are preferred.)

REQUIREMENTS

• College diploma or above; major in Education, Marketing, or related fields preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in marketing, student recruitment, or sales (OSSD background is an asset).
• Familiar with online marketing tools and social media platforms such as WeChat, Xiaohongshu, TikTok/Douyin, Instagram.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; proactive, adaptable, and resilient under pressure.
• Clear logical thinking, data-driven mindset, and ability to adjust strategies to maximize enrollment outcomes.
• Strong team spirit and willingness to participate in occasional off-site events.
• New graduates are also welcome to apply.
  Language Requirement: Mandarin (required), English (fluent)

• Develop and implement student recruitment strategies and marketing activities in line with the school’s overall enrollment plan.
• Promote the school through online platforms (WeChat, Xiaohongshu, TikTok/Douyin, Instagram, etc.) and offline channels (community events, info sessions, school fairs, exhibitions, etc.).
• Communicate with prospective students and parents, identify their needs, and support the enrollment process.
• Analyze market and enrollment data, optimize marketing performance, and collaborate in brainstorming sessions to design engaging events.
• Work closely with academic and teaching staff to ensure smooth and efficient enrollment operations.
