We’re seeking an inspiring and experienced Educational Leader to mentor and support educators at Busy Bees at Woolloongabba East, on a full-time basis. You will play a key role in driving quality practice, supporting curriculum development, and leading continuous improvement across the service. What you’ll do Mentor and coach educators to strengthen teaching practice and program quality Guide implementation of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) across the centre Support educators with curriculum planning, documentation and reflective practice Drive continuous improvement aligned with the National Quality Framework (NQF) Lead professional discussions and learning opportunities for the team Work closely with the Centre Director to support quality outcomes for children What you’ll bring A genuine commitment to child safety, speaking up, always doing the right thing, and alignment with Busy Bees values Approved Early Childhood qualification (or working towards) Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Framework (NQF) Experience mentoring or supporting educators to deliver high-quality programs Confidence in curriculum planning, documentation and reflective practice A genuine passion for quality early learning and supporting educator growth Current - Working with Children Check for QLD. Responsibilities
Mentor and coach educators to strengthen teaching practices and program quality while guiding the implementation of the EYLF. Drive continuous improvement aligned with the NQF and collaborate with the Centre Director to ensure quality outcomes for children.
