Responsibilities

LEAD WITH PURPOSE- MENTOR WITH IMPACT - SHAPE THE FUTURE

Radical Recruitment is working in partnership with a prestigious and a renowned Independent school in North Bondi.
We’re seeking a visionary Educational Leader to step into a strategic, off-the-floor role that drives quality, inspires educators, and transforms learning environments. This is not a classroom-bound position, it’s a leadership opportunity to influence pedagogy, elevate practice, and embed a culture of reflection, inquiry, and continuous improvement across their Early learning School.

WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS

This is your chance to lead from the front, without being tied to the floor. You’ll have the autonomy to shape pedagogy, mentor with purpose, and influence the educational direction of the centre. Whether you’re seeking part-time flexibility or full-time impact, this role offers room to grow, innovate, and make a lasting difference.

Your Role:

  • Champion EYLF-aligned, child-centred teaching and guide curriculum design, implementation, and evaluation.
  • Provide professional guidance, facilitate reflective practice, and strengthen educator capability through coaching.
  • Lead QIP initiatives, align with NQS standards, and implement evidence-based improvements.
  • Identify training needs, coordinate development pathways, and deliver in-house learning opportunities.
  • Build strong relationships, promote holistic practices, and cultivate a centre-wide ethos of inquiry and respect.
  • Guide meaningful observation, ensure alignment with learning outcomes, and promote reflective reporting.
