ABOUT YOU

We’re looking for a motivated leader with:

• A Diploma or Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) qualification
• 1-2 years of leadership experience (as an Educational Leader or similar)
• A collaborative, team-focused approach
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

As an Educational Leader, you’ll be at the heart of inspiring learning outcomes by:

• Guiding and mentoring educators to deliver high-quality programs
• Collaborating with the leadership team to enhance curriculum and pedagogy
• Building strong, supportive relationships with families
• Encouraging curiosity, reflection, and growth across the tea

As an Educational Leader, you’ll be at the heart of inspiring learning outcomes by:

• Guiding and mentoring educators to deliver high-quality programs
• Collaborating with the leadership team to enhance curriculum and pedagogy
• Building strong, supportive relationships with families
• Encouraging curiosity, reflection, and growth across the team

This is a full-time, 5-day-a-week role with non-contact responsibilities, giving you the time and space to lead, mentor, and inspire effectively.
