Padbury Education and Child Care Centre is a non-profit, community-based organisation leading the development of innovative and responsive care for children for over 30 years. We are seeking a suitably qualified Educational Leader for a full-time, non-contact position to join our professional, friendly team.

Responsibilities
  • Bachelor of Education (ECT) or Diploma in Children’s Services
  • Demonstrated experience as an Educational Leader, and proven mentoring skills
  • The ability to advocate and implement the educational program
  • To create and maintain an inclusive, fun, safe, healthy and effective learning environment
  • Have good communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with children, families and colleagues
  • Have a positive attitude and a commitment to continuous improvement and working as part of a team
  • The ability to use initiative and self-reflection to set goals to improve practice
  • Understanding of the National Quality Standards and The Early Years Learning Framework
  • Experience with the Assessment and Rating Proces
