OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Qualified Educational Psychologist to join our team. We are part of the 4 day week global movement so full-time staff work 4 days a week and get paid for 5! This post is home working except when visiting schools, conducting client home visits or for meetings with the Director/team. These visits can cover a range of different counties including: London Boroughs, Essex, Hertfordshire etc..
If you are an experienced and passionate Educational Psychologist with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, who can work with a diverse range of clients and has a sound knowledge of psychological development and special educational needs, then Valuing Minds would like to hear from you. QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

Requirements:

  • Doctorate in Educational Psychology or equivalent recognised qualification
  • Registration with Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)
  • Track record of working successfully with children and young people.

The successful candidate will also:

  • Have a client focused mindset
  • Be highly organised and self-driven
  • Have strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Be an evidence-based practitioner
  • Have a high standard of written English and excellent verbal communication skills
  • Be proficient in using technology for assessment and intervention
  • Work well both independently and within a team
