• Source and recruit qualified candidates for roles in K–12 schools, colleges, and educational organizations
• Screen applicants for credentials, experience, and cultural fit
• Coordinate interviews and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring institutions
• Build long-term relationships with school leaders, HR teams, and educational professionals
• Stay informed on certification requirements, hiring cycles, and equity-focused recruitment practices
