QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be fluent in Mandarin and English-Read and Write.
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the education sector.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet enrollment targets.
• Passion for education and student success.

• Develop and maintain relationships with students, parents, and staff.
• Promote our after-school learning programs to drive enrollment.
• Conduct outreach activities such as community events, and presentations.
• Manage leads, follow-ups, and enrollment processes.
• Collaborate with program coordinators to understand program offerings and benefits.
• Conduct interviews with prospective students to assess their interests and guide them toward suitable academic programs.
• Analyze student performance data to identify trends and recommend interventions as necessary.
• Utilize Google Docs or similar software for maintaining accurate student records and tracking progress.
