Part-Time School Social Worker | Illinois | January–June 2025 ​ Interviews currently being scheduled Position Schedule Part-time assignment (2 days per week) School hours: 8:30 a.m.–3:30 p.m. Assignment dates: January 5 through June 3 We are currently seeking a committed School Social Worker to support one of our Illinois partner districts on a part-time basis for the remainder of the school year. This role offers a consistent two-day-per-week schedule during regular school hours and provides an opportunity to make a meaningful impact within a school setting. In this position, you will provide direct counseling and social-emotional support to students, helping them navigate challenges that affect learning, behavior, and overall well-being. You will collaborate with educators, administrators, and families, participate in IEP and problem-solving meetings as appropriate, and assist with implementing targeted strategies and interventions. Your work will play an important role in fostering a safe, inclusive, and supportive school environment. Requirements Previous experience in a school-based role preferred. A master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program is required. Active Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with School Social Worker endorsement required.
