Description

“If one caring adult can change a story, be that adult at Paladin.”
Join a relationship-first team where labels come last and students come first. Paladin Career & Technical High School is seeking an Educational Support Professional (ESP) to join our team. This position works closely with students receiving special education services, providing academic, behavioral, and emotional support in a relationship-first, trauma-informed environment. This role also includes part-time driving responsibilities in a school-issued van.
At Paladin, we do things differently. We’re a public charter high school serving students aged 14–21 through seminar-based, project-based learning, experiential education, and personalized support. If you’re patient, flexible, equity-driven, and ready to help students build the skills they need to succeed in school and life, then we’d love to meet you.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Regularly required to walk throughout a building and may occasionally be required to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds with assistance or push up to 90 pounds, and may be required to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.

COMMITMENT TO EQUITY:

Studies have shown that women and Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC) are less likely to apply for jobs unless they believe they meet every one of the qualifications as described in a job description. We are most interested in finding the best candidate for the job, and that candidate may be one who comes from a less traditional background. We would encourage you to apply, even if you don’t believe you meet every one of our qualifications described.
