Clearance: Active DoD Secret Clearance eligible Work Schedule: Onsite M-F Role Overview: The Educational Technologist supports the operation and administration of learning management systems, collaborates with technical support teams to refine troubleshooting strategies, and assists course developers and instructional staff with the technical aspects of building and delivering online or blended courses. Additionally, the Technologist will work in conjunction with Tier 1 support personnel and management to refine Tier 1 support strategies.
