EDUCATIONAL VISITS COORDINATOR AND ACTIVITIES MANAGER FOR SEPTEMBER 2025

Are you passionate about creating inspiring, safe, and inclusive experiences for international students outside the classroom? Our diverse and vibrant boarding community offers a unique opportunity to develop enriching co-curricular activities that enhance personal growth, cultural awareness, and student wellbeing.
We are delighted to offer an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Educational Visits Coordinator and Activities Manager, with responsibility for coordinating trips, visits, and a varied programme of on- and off-campus activities. The successful candidate will also lead on Duke of Edinburgh’s Award coordination and support the residential boarding team with weekend and holiday activities.
We are seeking someone who is highly organised, student-focused, and proactive, with a strong understanding of safeguarding, risk assessment, and regulatory compliance for educational visits. The ideal candidate will bring creativity, collaboration, and energy to the role, helping to develop a co-curricular offering that reflects our students’ interests and broadens their horizons.
Applicants should also demonstrate a commitment to continuous professional development. We offer a range of development opportunities, including leadership training, professional networks, and engagement with the wider CATS Global Schools group.
For September 2025, we are looking for someone who has:
A strong background in managing educational visits, co-curricular programmes, or outdoor learning.
Experience coordinating trips and activities in line with OEAP National Guidance.
Excellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to lead teams and engage with external providers.
A commitment to inclusion and student voice in programme design.
A flexible, positive approach and the ability to work evenings and weekends as required in a boarding school setting.
If you are excited about shaping memorable learning experiences beyond the classroom and helping students thrive in a dynamic international school community, we would love to hear from you.
Applications from experienced EVCs, residential programme leaders, or ambitious professionals ready for the next step are welcome.
Closing date: Friday 15th August 2025, 12 noon
Interviews: Expected to take place week commencing 18th August 2025. However, early applications may be reviewed ahead of this date.
