The Role We are on the hunt for a kind, compassionate, and proactive Kindergarten Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will work alongside our Director Teacher and teaching team to implement a quality care and education program for our kindergarten-aged children — contributing to the daily rhythm of our Kindy, supporting individual children, and helping to create a space where every child thrives. This is not a passive role. We are looking for someone who steps in with initiative — who notices what needs doing and does it, who builds genuine relationships with children and their families, and who brings warmth and professionalism to everything they do. To thrive and succeed in this role, you will have: * Hold a Cert III in Early Childhood Education and Care. * First Aid, CPR and Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification. * Valid Blue Card or Exemption Card. * Completion of the National Child Safety Training – Foundation Certificate * A Police Check current within three months (or willingness to obtain one).
