Description
At C&K, our purpose is to make a positive impact on children’s lives. It’s what we’ve been doing for more than 115 years. Through evidence-based thinking, hard work and true compassion, we’ve built a trusted reputation as Queensland’s leading provider of early childhood education. And as a child safe organisation, we put children's safety and wellbeing at the heart of everything we do, creating nurturing spaces where children can learn, explore, play and grow.  Help Shape Futures at C&K Woodcrest Community Kindergarten   At C&K Woodcrest Community Kindergarten, we are more than a Kindy — we are a Kindy family. Our small, dedicated team works together every day to create a learning environment that is warm, intentional, beautifully resourced, and genuinely centered on each child’s unique strengths, interests, and sense of belonging. We run a play-based, agency-driven program grounded in the C&K Listening and Learning Together curriculum, the EYLF v2.0, and the Queensland Kindergarten Learning Guideline. Our space is well-resourced, thoughtfully designed, and continuously evolving — because we believe the environment is as much a part of the teaching team as the educators are. We are proud to be an inclusive, culturally responsive community, and we hold a deep commitment to meaningful engagement with First Nations peoples as part of our Reconciliation Action Plan. If you share our belief that every child deserves to be seen, heard, and celebrated — we would love to hear from you. The Role We are on the hunt for a kind, compassionate, and proactive Kindergarten Assistant to join our team.
