EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

• Level 2 & 3 Beauty Therapy (including electrical modalities) or equivalent qualification.
• At least one years’ experience within a skin centre with hands on treatment experience. Dermalogica experience and knowledge an advantage.
• Experience or qualifications held in advanced services an advantage.

OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• PC literate in the following Microsoft office packages; Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel
• Driver’s License

• Shares branded education one-on-one, to live audiences or via digital platforms for positive outcomes both for the receiver/s and Dermalogica, either from Training Centres, at offsite locations or remotely.
• Understands what success looks like for every audience and shapes education delivery to support achieving those goals. Delivers educational content that directly addresses the skills and knowledge required to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
• Education delivered results in supporting undergraduate and post graduate professional skin therapist skill set development. Partner businesses attending education should show an increase in purchases of Dermalogica and adoption of Dermalogica branded services. Education delivered to consumers results in brand loyalty, product purchase and service bookings.
• Maintain a thorough knowledge and understanding of all products, treatments and concepts offered by Dermalogica. Proactively develops skills to maintain a high-level standard of educational delivery, regardless of audience or environment.
• Maintains high standard of skin therapy skills with ability to deliver advanced services in a variety of environments including retail spaces and in Dermalogica owned businesses or partner business account.
• Takes responsibility for implementing company and department strategies, revisions to education or new innovations/promotions in daily work to contribute to business goals.
• Represents the brand at all times and adheres to all safety, hygiene, uniform and attire guidelines.
• Has impeccable time keeping, attendance reliability and ability to prioritise individual schedule.
• Actively engages with various audiences to build positive relationships and provide an outstanding level of customer service at all times. Settles complaints with resolution orientated outcomes ensuring professional relationships are maintained.
