Your Role as an Educator As a key member of our team, you’ll:

  • Build warm, respectful relationships with children, families, and your team.
  • Create and deliver engaging learning programs inspired by the EYLF and Guardian’s innovative Curriculum.
  • Document and share each child’s learning journey with their families.
  • Thrive in a supportive environment that champions curiosity, discovery, and play.
  • Continue to learn and grow through hands-on experience and professional development opportunities.

What We’re Looking For

  • A completed Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or actively studying toward it)
  • Experience in a long day-care setting
  • Strong working knowledge of the NQF and EYLF
  • A valid Working with Children Check
