JOB OVERVIEW

Little Pines Preschool is a brand new childcare centre in Parkhill, Ontario, expected to open in the Fall of 2025. Little Pines will offer licensed childcare to infant, toddler and preschool age groups
Like our sister schools Pinetree Montessori School and Parkhill Pinetree Preschool, at Little Pines, our aim is to create a nurturing, inclusive, and engaging environment where children can explore, discover, and thrive. Our educators play a vital role in shaping a child’s early learning journey, fostering curiosity, creativity, and confidence every day.

POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking passionate and dedicated Registered Early Childhood Educators (RECE or ECE) to join our team. The successful candidates will work with children from infancy to preschool age, providing high-quality care and developmentally appropriate programming in alignment with provincial early learning framework, e.g., Ontario’s How Does Learning Happen?.
We are hiring to fill full-time, part-time and supply positions.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Early Childhood Education Diploma (or equivalent) from a recognized institution
  • Current registration in good standing with the Provincial College of Early Childhood Educators, e.g., College of ECE in Ontario
  • Valid Standard First Aid & CPR (Level C) certification
  • Clear Vulnerable Sector Check
  • Experience working with infant, toddler, and preschool age groups
  • Strong communication, observation, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing needs
