For our children's home in Berlin-Friedenau we are looking for the following to strengthen our team:

Educator (m/f/d) Nest area

in full-time or part-time

Your profile:

• You have a degree as a state-recognized educator (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification or recognition as a career changer
• You have knowledge of Montessori pedagogy, a Montessori diploma or the willingness to acquire it
• Ideally, you have a degree as a specialist educator for integration
• You convince our children to be cared for, their parents and their new colleagues with your warm, empathetic manner and your professional competence
• You speak German and/or English at C1 level

Your tasks:

• The extensive pedagogical care of the children
• Promoting the individual, holistic development of children
• The planning, preparation and implementation of educational offers
• Monitoring and documenting development progress
• The trusting cooperation with the parents
