WE’RE LOOKING FOR PEOPLE WHO ARE PASSIONATE ABOUT EDUCATION:

  • Graduate in the field of education, recognised in Luxembourg ;

  • Proof of professional experience in non-formal education with children aged 0 to 4;

  • Fluency in French is essential for team integration. Fluency in another language is a plus;
  • You are dynamic, available and show initiative;
  • You have proven skills in supervising and leading a group of children;
  • You are creative and can put forward proposals for activities and team-based educational projects;
  • You have good listening and communication skills, enabling you to create a climate of quality and trust within the organisation;
  • You will have good writing skills, enabling you to write logbooks, reports and communications to parents on our digital media.

Responsibilities
  • Welcoming children while ensuring their physical, moral and emotional safety;

  • Accompany them through the various stages of their lives: activities, meals, changing, outings, etc.

  • Supporting children in their individual and collective development;
  • Drawing up and implementing medium- and long-term educational projects, in order to contribute to children’s awareness and overall development as part of a team project.
  • Participating in the structure’s networking with external partners (educational outings, social projects, ecological projects, etc.).
  • Establishing and maintaining professional communication and ensuring quality communication with families.
  • Respect, apply and pass on the educational and pedagogical aspects of the establishment’s project.
  • Ensuring compliance with Rockids’ quality standards, in order to offer a unique support experience.
