Your Opportunity We offer a nurturing and inclusive educational preschool program for children aged 3 years to school age. Our environment is caring, supportive, and designed to foster each child’s development. The program accommodates up to 40 children daily, with a minimum of 10 places dedicated to children with disability, developmental delay, or additional needs. You’ll engage with children aged 3–5 years, supporting their individual learning journeys and ensuring their unique needs are respected and met. Work school hours, school holidays off (paid) and school term only. This role is Monday to Friday from 8:30 to 3:30 until 18th December 2026. Your key responsibilities: Support children aged 3-5 in an inclusive, positive and supportive environment Identify and respond to any child safety risks and/or report any incidents Work as part of a team to ensure that a safe environment is maintained Ensure that children’s health conditions are monitored (with parental instructions) Assist in preparing, developing and implementing appropriate play based learning programs Maintain direct responsibility for a single group of children and ensure their appropriate educational activities and constant supervision Contribute to the continuous improvement of the centre by embracing new processes Requirements for Success A Cert III or Diploma in Early Childhood qualification Previous experience as an early learning Educator (desirable) and a passion for working in early learning Drive to ensure that children are kept safe and supervised at all times A positive team player who looks for ways to improve current work practices and processes Ability to meet the physical demands of the position Before starting work with us, you will need to undertake a national police history check, qualifications and referee checks, and have a clearance to work with children/vulnerable people.
