As Field Educator, you will support hairdressers and salons by training them in their salons as well as doing classes and courses online and on site. Your main focus is Color but you will also educate and spread knowledge and inspiration in Maria Nila´s full portfolio.
In this position you’ll work hands on with education, which means that you share knowledge about Maria Nila’s products, their functions and unique properties to both existing clients and potential hairdressers, sales teams, distributors and in-house teams. As an important player of the global education team, you’ll also work closely with our product development team, R&D and laboratories to secure the best beauty products for our future launches.

In the role of Field Educator, we are looking for you who is a trained hairdresser with a great interest in product and colouring. You also need to have a great interest and a natural talent for inspiring and training others. In this position, you shall be comfortable and thrive in an educational role where you get the chance to influence and develop other people with your knowledge. The position requires travelling and great social skills, which means a lot of fun for the right person! With your knowledge and ability to inspire others, you will become an important part of our Global education team.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 3 years’ experience or more within hairdressing and color
• Great communication skills
• Driving license
