Educator, NYC/Northeast   Overview:   The National Skincare Educator is a full-time role that provides comprehensive professional treatment training for licensed practitioners in multiple disciplines including skincare, bodywork and scalp and hair treatments across our national client base. They support our brand and mission by training our US-based clients to ensure the highest level of quality in service and representation of the Biologique Recherche brand.  Educators will work closely with the extended Sales and Education teams to support our client base and ensure excellent customer service. They must be a licensed esthetician in their state of residence and always maintain a valid license. This role will require national travel and at times international travel.   Key Areas of Responsibility   Treatment and Training Standards * Become a leading expert in Biologique Recherche’s products, treatments and protocols. * Complete all required training courses and programs and stay current on all new product launches and protocols * Attend all required team meetings and training sessions * Conduct onsite and virtual training, to onboard, refresh, or add new services and boosters in all modalities for business partners, Department Stores and Ambassades * Train practitioners to ensure proper utilization of products, services, and sales aids including availability, usage, and ingredient benefits. * Ensure consistent communication and follow brand standards when delivering training * Ensure all practitioners have a thorough understanding of treatments and product knowledge * Conduct practitioner evaluations as part of all onboarding, follow up, refresh, and new service training * Utilize and encourage sales techniques and tools on all courses and products. * Promote and represent the brand in a professional and respectful manner * Arrive on time and remain onsite until the agreed upon end of training   Support of Sales Team * Participate/host and present/demonstrate at events, shows, seminars and in webinars * Educate and promote skin analysis tools and techniques and teach all therapists how to tailor treatments to the client’s concerns to encourage sales and partnerships. * Review and report on partner spas with regard to brand representation, retail displays/stock and backbar stock. * Collaborate with Account Executives and the US Education Team to provide continuous feedback on accounts and clients’ needs. * Increase overall sales (treatments and retail) within partner accounts through product presentation, education, hands-on demos, and sales communication. * Conduct sales training in accordance with Global Standards and using Global Education tools   Administrative Duties * Completion of all training reports and evaluations within 72 hours * Book all travel and accommodations within the required booking window and according to the travel and expense policy * Upload and submit expenses on time and with complete notes and receipts and correctly categorized. * Ensure your vanity is replenished as required and stay within allotted vanity budget. * Conduct quarterly vanity inventory and maintain a standard stock at all times * Develop and update training presentations related to Masterclasses and specialty trainings * Assist the Education team in projects and development of educational tools that support the growth and development of the overall team   Requirements * A minimum of 3 years of experience as an esthetician * A minimum of 2 years of training experience * Strong organizational and time management skills * Strong administrative skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite of programs * Excellent communication skills * Ability to travel within the US outside of your region and internationally * Flexibility on traveling/working on the weekends as required
