What you can do with us

They are responsible for the education, upbringing and care of children between the ages of zero and twelve, as well as for cooperation within the framework of the educational partnership and continuous cooperation in the pedagogical team and with the respective teachers. Other main tasks are intercultural work and cooperation with various cooperation partners.

What you can look forward to

• Attractive remuneration: Recruitment in S8a or S8b TVöD-SuE (depending on the location). The minimum salary (after the internship) including allowances is €4,338.13 gross (as of 01.05.2026), including a SuE allowance of €130, a labour market allowance of €200 and the Munich allowance of currently €270 plus €50 per child, annual special payment and an attractive, employer-financed company pension scheme.
